› Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your OpenLeash account and all associated personal data.
Option 1: Delete from the app
Open the OpenLeash app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to privacy@openleash.ai from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- Organization memberships and agent registrations
- Push-notification tokens and device associations
- Authorization policies you created
- Pending approval requests
Anonymized audit records that can no longer be linked to your identity may be retained for up to 12 months for security purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
